This is a comment in which I reference the content of your entry and voice my opinion on it, and possibly bring up connected and interrelated lines of thinking, preferably ending with a humorous note.

I think Laura Stevenson did something like this on the 5 paragraph essay, which I found enormously helpful in learning how to write a paper. I think many people could benefit from similar things for things like letters, resumes, essays, papers, email, logical arguments, conversations, library reference questions, forms of poetry...It always helps me to see the underlying structure of something, and how it works, because then I can recognize it, understand it, criticize it, and possibly employ its techniques myself. Thanks for sharing!
